What is Taijiwuxigong?

Taijiwuxigong is a form of internal energy practice that helps the body release tension and restore its natural state of balance.

Unlike many exercise systems, the movements are natural and spontaneous, allowing the body to respond to internal energy flow. This helps clear blockages in the body’s energy pathways and encourages relaxation, vitality, and mental clarity.

How the Practice Works

Taijiwuxigong focuses on activating the body's lower Dantian, an important energy centre located in the lower abdomen.

When energy begins to move freely through the body, practitioners may experience natural movements such as:

  • gentle swaying

  • stretching

  • shaking

  • flowing movements

These spontaneous movements help release physical tension and energetic blockages.

Over time the practice can improve the circulation of Qi throughout the body's energy channels (meridians).
