Join Anita for a relaxing and rejuvenating spring weekend retreat in the heart of the Cornish countryside. Unwind in the beautiful and tranquil Roselidden retreat centre where you will have the opportunity to take part in 4 yoga classes (2 Yin-Yang & 2 Yin classes) and an evening yoda nidra (deep relaxation).

 

All 5 homemade, organic, vegetarian meals will be prepared for you. There will be opportunity to take time out for yourself, maybe treat yourself to a massage, walk in the woods, or curl up with a good book in the cosy barn conversions all with underfloor heating and log burners.

 

£395pp in a shared room or £240pp camping, this includes all food, accommodation and classes.

Alternatively you can join Anita for the day and still experience the benefits of unwinding in the beautiful and tranquil Roselidden retreat centre. From 8.30am until 9pm you can immerse yourself in this nourishing retreat day.

I booked the yoga retreat for Mother’s Day for me and my mum. I usually opt for high intensity weekend breaks/boot camps, But I am now a yoga convert and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the weekend.

I now realise the importance of looking after yourself and making time to relax and work on my ‘yin.’ The like-minded people that attended the retreat also contributed to a lovely weekend. The food was spectacular and I regularly had seconds. Anita was a fantastic teacher and guided us through lots of different aspects of yoga.

I would highly recommend the retreat and if you were sceptical like me- give it a go, you have nothing to lose.

It  didn't disappoint. The relaxed atmosphere, delicious home cooked food, cozy and comfortable accommodation was absolutely perfect. Coupled with the incredible surroundings and peaceful location, it couldn't have been better!
